Where do repeat customers fit into the 5 ways formula? Leads & Inquiries are obviously ‘New’ prospects, so where do those already on the database go?

They would be part of your current customer base, the number of converted leads into “Customers,” and repeat purchases would fit under “Number of Transactions.”

The whole goal of repeat business is to get both new, but especially current customers, coming back to buy in larger volumes and at higher price points over time, as that is where the true profits in your business really are.
