All coaching and consulting companies have are build around the proprietary nature of their Intellectual Property. We couldn’t have operated for as long as we have, in as many countries and jurisdictions that we operate in, if we were ripping people off and scamming other consultants.
The flip side to this is in our category and industry, there really is nothing new under the proverbial sun. It’s just a matter of how people organize information, present information and what types of results they can get and generate by putting their own material out into the market in a way that is actionable, non-theoretical and of immediate use in any company.
Is there a difference between the essence of information taught by us, or Brian Tracy or Jim Rohn or Jay Abraham? The foundations are the same, but the methods and processes and systems are different.
Our systems have literally been tested and measured in the marketplace for more than 15 years – and have produced results everywhere they have been tried. We wouldn’t be in business if the opposite were the case. Is the concept of lead generation patented? No. But our multiple processes and systems for generating leads is part of our own proprietary IP, and I can guarantee you it’s not the same as what other companies are doing.
After all, our system and our training is our point of difference for us in competing against other franchise systems – including those franchises that have nothing to do with coaching.
