We recently ranked #17 in terms of franchisee satisfaction in an independent survey conducted by Franchise Business Review, and that ranking is out of 400 surveyed companies. In the past year, that ranking was up from #40, so I would say the things we worked on to improve satisfaction is gaining traction in our system, and I would expect those numbers to continue to speak for themselves as we move forward.
