I think it is part of the entrepreneur’s persona to have great ideas, but the best entrepreneurs really see things through to the end – otherwise those ideas just remain great ideas.
Part of the issue may be your own motivation. What truly is your own “motive” for doing something? What is your own internal “why”?
It seems you are at the “dream” stage, and results come from turning your dreams into goals, your goals into plans, and your plans into actions.
The key to all of this is actually doing something. Some people get so caught up in plans (as you seem to be in dreams) that nothing ever gets done.
So create a series of actions, do them, and reward yourself in some way when you hit your milestones.
Also, get yourself a coach or someone to hold you accountable to what you say you are going to do if you find it hard to hold yourself accountable – and know this, most people find it hard to hold themselves accountable.
So, get into action and start to hold yourself accountable, because the ultimate consequence of being stuck in the dream stage is that you will find yourself deep in regret when your dreams don’t come true.
The only way to make them happen is exactly that – make them happen!
