Hi Brad! I have a Yoga & Pilates studio, we have plenty of leads coming in for free trials each month but only a 15% conversion rate. I’m thinking of putting in place a guarantee as a conversion strategy but am unsure how to quantify it. Do you have any great guarantee ideas or suggestions please? Many thanks

Before you go forward with a guarantee, maybe you should further investigate the reasons behind your 15% conversion rate.

For instance, is the 15% across the board? Is it higher for Pilates clients? Is it different for yoga clients? Are there different conversion rates for individual instructors?

Your type of business tends to be very personal – and the personalities of your instructors are also key. Start tracking conversions from that level, and find ways to add value to your current offerings.

You’ll be a lot better off because guarantees in the fitness category can be tricky. It can be done, but I think you’ll have more success finding “added value” ways to increase your conversions, and finding ways to better match personalities of your customers with your instructors.
