Hello Brad! I´m a 26 Year old entrepreneur from Germany and i want to become a real big player like you are. What do you think is the most important thing for me to do over the next 5-10 years? I already have the systems in place (thank you for the great advice in your books) and business is running on its own. As I´m owning a niche, customers and profits are limited. How would you manage to enter new markets and build new companies?

Positive Negative

Two things come to mind. First, learn how to run business generally, and you can apply those principles to any company in any category. A lot of that strategy is available in my books, so if you are “up and running” so to speak, you have an idea of the business chassis and how it applies to business in general.

Second, if you have a niche, really focus on that niche and find ways to grow it. Ideally, you never want to compete on price, and if you truly own your niche, you will never have to, and you can always find ways to add value and increase your profit margins – and ultimately, your profits.

To get more customers, you need to create a good marketing program and focus on your leads. Again, the books “Instant Leads” and “Instant Advertising” are great resources for hundreds of proven strategies to do just that.

Good luck and let me know how things continue to go for you!
